Journal

The True You 2.0 Field Journal is the written space where your excavation becomes visible. Designed as the companion to Be the You That’s More You Than You’ve Ever Been, this journal mirrors the structure of the book and turns the entire process into something you can touch, shape, and return to.

You begin by locating yourself—your starting point, your natural learning rhythm, what’s calling for your attention, and the intention quietly guiding you forward. This opening section helps you place that first pin on the map, creating a grounded orientation before the deeper work begins.

From there, the journal takes you into the excavation of the four bodies: Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Energy. You’ll uncover memories, loops, cues, stories, sensations, truths, and patterns—your artifacts. These fragments become the raw material of your inner landscape.

Section 3 helps you gather what you found. You sort and group your artifacts, notice clusters, and curate the handful that feel most alive right now—your museum wall. This section also includes a new fourth phase: a quiet listening space where you step back and sense what your artifacts are beginning to point toward. It’s not analysis—it’s early architecture.

Section 4 is where you become the architect. You move through your Timeline, your Tree of Becoming, and your jig—the internal blueprint that helps you stay aligned with your True You 2.0 Self. The journal gives you a place to name your values, your roots, your strengths, your possibilities, and the desires rising in your system now. You’re not building a future self. You’re clearing space to embody the one who’s already been guiding you here.

The Field Journal isn’t a workbook.

It’s not a checklist.

It’s a companion for the version of you who’s ready to stop wandering, start choosing, and move with intention toward the life that feels like yours.
